Hello HARA! An unexpected healing last night ❤️

My stomach had been tight and painful from stress and tension, so I turned on a webinar I’d purchased from Suzanne Giesmann about handling physical pain spiritually.

She teaches that there isn’t a physical ailment without some kind of emotional root. Pain, she says, shows up in the part of the body that needs attention — the place asking for care and light.

As I listened, I began to relax. That felt like a miracle by itself.

What did she say, you ask?

Suzanne talked about the head, heart, and hara — the three centers where the soul gathers life force, amplifies it, and uses it to deepen our connection with Spirit.

Her words made sense to me: This is where the soul gathers the life force, amplifies it and uses it to solidify and deepen our connection with spirit. I believe her, knew spirit (soul) was close, like I had felt so many times in my life before, and then – felt my muscles easing up, and my breath became easy enough to fall bac.

I realized something as I listened:
The soul is right here — even inside my body — working, alive, and completely connected to me.

When she spoke of the hara, it struck a memory. That’s the same area where I felt Jesus so strongly walking beside me on the sidewalk at work earlier this month.

Suzanne explained that the hara, just below the navel, is where we ground our connection with Spirit — not floating away in the head, not swept up in emotion, but anchored deeply in the body.

Holding awareness there, we root our energy into the earth, raise it through the heart and head, and align with the seven chakras.

This simple shift has made her connection with Spirit — and now mine — much more steady and reliable.
